These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reflio. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Reflio provides software for managing referral and rewards programs for SaaS companies.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in using Reflio.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Fees are non-refundable except as specified in Section 4 (Money-Back Guarantee).
- Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
- Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first month of service, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must have properly implemented Reflio according to our setup guide (embed code installed on your live website, Stripe account connected via OAuth, and at least one referral campaign configured and active).
- The referral widget must have been live and functional on your website for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
- You must request a refund within 45 days of your initial signup date.
- You must provide proof of implementation (screenshot or URL showing the widget installed on your website).
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
What This Guarantee Covers:
- Technical issues preventing the referral system from functioning as described.
- Critical bugs that prevent you from receiving qualified referrals despite proper implementation.
- Integration failures with Stripe that we cannot resolve within 30 days.
What This Guarantee Does NOT Cover:
- Low traffic to your website or application. We cannot control your user base, marketing efforts, or visitor volume.
- Referrals that fail fraud detection checks (duplicate IPs, disposable emails, etc.).
- Users choosing not to use your referral program. We provide the tools; adoption depends on your offering and incentives.
- Issues caused by your custom modifications, third-party plugins, or conflicts with other software.
- Failure to meet minimum setup requirements (e.g., widget not installed, Stripe not connected).
Refund Process:
- Email hello@pirax.app with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Include your account email, signup date, and proof of implementation.
- We will review your request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- One refund per customer. This guarantee cannot be used multiple times across different subscriptions or accounts.
You agree not to:
- Use Reflio for illegal activities.
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
- Circumvent fraud detection mechanisms.
Reflio and its content (brand, code, UI, documentation) remain the property of the founders.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may cancel anytime.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reflio is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party integrations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect when changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Reflio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
